Regarding the China Gospel Fellowship Kidnapping by Eastern
Lightning 中文

The worldwide staff and
alumni of Haggai Institute are distressed and disturbed that
H.I.’s name was used to perpetrate the kidnapping of
the 34 leaders of the China Gospel Fellowship. None of our
staff or faculty was involved in any way. We have had no known
contact with members of the Eastern Lightning cult.
We rejoice that all the kidnapped CGF leaders
have been released. We will continue to pray that they will
fully recover from their ordeal.
